Abstract

COMPOSIÇÃO CONTENDO EXTRATO VEGETAL E USO NO TRATAMENTO DE DIABETES. A presente invenção trata-se de uma composição compreendendo associação de extrato vegetal, o extrato de quiabo (Abelmoschus esculentus L.) com ação hipoglicemiante, contribuindo na homeostase glicêmica de indivíduos acometidos com o diabetes mellitus, redução da intolerância à glicose e proteção contra a resistência à insulina. Adicionalmente, esta invenção aborda a associação desse extrato em sistemas nanométricos para potencializar essas atividades.
