Abstract

COMPOSIÇÃO DE BORRACHA PARA RIGIDEZ. Uma composição de borracha para incorporação em um artigo fabricado compreende, com base em 100 partes em peso (phr) de elastômero de copolímero de etileno-propileno-dieno (EPDM), de cerca de 5 phr a cerca de 100 phr de carga de reforço preferencialmente compreendendo uma sílica precipitada pré-hidrofobizada. Na modalidade contemplada, o EPDM tem um teor de dieno que é superior a cinco por cento (5%). O dieno também contém ramificação.
