COMPOSIÇÃO DE CIMENTO ASFÁLTICO DE PETRÓLEO ORIUNDO DE RESÍDUOS SÓLIDOS URBANOS E PROCESSO DE OBTENÇÃO DO REFERIDO CIMENTO ASFÁLTICO DE PETRÓLEO. A presente invenção consiste na formulação de Cimento Asfáltico de Petróleo (CAP) produzido pela rota do resíduo asfáltico (RASF) ou do resíduo de vácuo (RV) utilizando Óleo de Pirólise de Plástico (OPP) como diluente alternativo podendo ser opcionalmente constituída por enxofre elementar assim como diluentes tipicamente fósseis com teores reduzidos. A presente invenção descreve ainda o processo de obtenção da referida composição de CAP.
