Abstract

MISTURA PRONTA PARA PREPARO DE CREPIOCA ENRIQUECIDA COM CHIA. A presente invenção se refere a uma mistura em pó formulada com o objetivo de ser dissolvido em água fria, levado ao liquidificador e posterior fritura em frigideira. A mistura é mais adequada a ser utilizada quando se obedecem às regras de quantidade e dissolução apontadas nos documentos. A mistura vem responder a uma necessidade atual da sociedade que busca por praticidade, além de disponibilizar no mercado de alimentos um produto isento de glúten e que possui sementes de chia, ais quais, auxiliam na prevenção de doenças relacionadas ao alto índice de colesterol, doenças cardiovasculares etc.
