MÉTODO DE TRATAMENTO DA SUPERFÍCIE DE FOLHAS METÁLICAS COM VERNIZ DE PROTEÇÃO DE CURA UV. O método compreende as etapas de: incidir plasma atmosférico (PA) sobre cada porção de área, da superfície a ser tratada, de uma folha metálica (10), aumentando a energia livre superficial da folha metálica (10), compatibilizando dita energia livre superficial com a tensão superficial do verniz a ser aplicado à folha metálica (10); aplicar, sobre a superfície da folha metálica (10), submetida ao plasma atmosférico (PA), uma camada de verniz (CV) de cura UV, selecionado dentre oligômeros, monômeros e foto-iniciadores, e com teor de sólidos de 99% a 100 %; e curar a camada de verniz (CV) por meio de radiação UV, formando um revestimento de verniz aderido à superfície da folha metálica (10).
