Abstract

ENZIMAS DIGESTIVAS EXÓGENAS BIOENCAPSULADAS NO ALIMENTO VIVO NA PRODUÇÃO DE ORGANISMOS AQUÁTICOS. A invenção apresenta protocolo de bioencapsulação de aditivos enzimáticos (enzimas digestivas exógenas) no alimento vivo, com o propósito de melhorar a eficiência produtiva de espécies aquáticas (peixes e camarões) nas fases iniciais de cultivo, onde ocorrem as maiores mortalidades por conta da incapacidade das larvas de muitos organismos aquáticos de se alimentarem e digerirem dietas secas, e pela deficiência nutricional que os alimentos vivos ofertados aos animais muitas vezes apresentam.
