Abstract

PROJÉTIL PARA PISTOLA DE LIMPEZA INTERNA DE MANGUEIRAS, TUBULAÇÕES E SIMILARES. A presente invenção pertence ao setor de controle de limpeza e contaminação, e se refere, mais especificamente, a um projétil (90) aplicado em pistolas (10) para o processo de limpeza interna em mangueiras, tubulações e similares. O projétil (90) possui diâmetro superior ao diâmetro da mangueira ou tubulação (100), fazendo com que exerça força nas paredes internas, garantindo a limpeza com apenas um disparo. Além disso, possui cavidades helicoidais (91) ao longo do seu eixo mais longo, forçando o projétil (90) a descrever uma trajetória helicoidal, removendo partículas no deslocamento axial e melhorando a eficiência devido ao deslocamento radial. A geometria do projétil (90) pode, alternativamente, dispor de ressaltos helicoidais (92).
