Abstract

PROCESSO DE FIXAÇÃO DO BRAÇO DE SUSPENSÃO COMPOSTO POR DUAS PARTES CONFORMADAS E SOLDADAS A LASER. A presente patente refere-se à aplicação do processo de solda a laser na união de componentes conformados e usinados para produção de um braço oscilante inferior de suspensão dianteira de veículos automotores. Este braço será composto por duas partes conformadas (4, 5), um tubo de secção circular maior (9) destinado à implantação de bucha de borracha com formato cilíndrico (2) acoplado a uma região da parte conformada (6), um pino cilíndrico (8) fixado a um tubo de secção circular menor (7), destinado a garantir a união do pino com as partes conformadas (4, 5), duas buchas (1, 2) e uma junta rotular (3), e de forma alternativa, sem alterar o processo de solda a laser, em substituição ao pino cilíndrico (8), fixado um tudo de seção circular menor (7), e uma bucha com flanges de fixação (1), ser utilizado uma bucha de borracha fixada na forma vertical (15), fixada por pressão em alojamento nas chapas (4,5) já soldadas a laser.
