Abstract
São reveladas uma ou mais técnicas e/ou sistemas para um fluxo aglomerado de soldagem que pode compreender (valores expressos em % em peso de fluxo): 25 a 35% de MgO, 20 a 28% de CaF 2 , 15 a 22% de Al 2 O 3 , 12 a 17% de SiO 2 , e 0,2 a 0,4% de carbono (% em peso). O carbono pode ser introduzido usando pelo menos um composto metálico contido no fluxo. Ainda é revelado um processo para a soldagem por arco submerso de pelo menos uma peça de trabalho feita em aço inoxidável austenítico, usando o fluxo descrito. Também é revelado uma junta soldada que pode compreender 17 a 20% de Cr, 5 a 8,5% de Mn, e 14 a 18% de Ni, que pode ser obtida usando o processo descrito.
