Abstract

A presente tecnologia se refere a mantas poliméricas híbridas compostas por camadas alternadas de nanofibras de policaprolactona e gelatina e glutaraldeído ou ácido cítrico como agente de ligação cruzada. Trata-se de um biomaterial para utilização na engenharia de tecidos, especialmente de tecido ósseo. As mantas cumprem os requisitos de compatibilidade, funcionalidade, reabsorção e esterilidade para aplicação direta no organismo. A presente invenção também se refere ao processo de obtenção das mantas híbridas.
