Abstract
"MÉTODO E SISTEMA DE MONTAGEM PARA MONTAR UM ROTOR EM UM ESTATOR".A presente invenção refere-se à redução de vibrações e ruído em máqui-nas elétricas compreendendo rotores. Para esse fim, proporciona-se montar um rotor (2) em um dispositivo de alinhamento magnético (7, 8), enquanto que a blindagem de mancal fica frouxa relativa ao estator (1). Nesse estado, o rotor (2) é acionado pelo estator (1). As vibrações do rotor (2) são detectadas. O dispositivo de alinhamento (7, 8) é controlado de modo que as vibrações sejam reduzidas. Finalmente, a blindagem de mancal (13) é fixada no estator (1) na posição determinada pelo controle. Desse modo, em particular, as forças eletromagnéticas podem ser consideradas durante a otimização de vibrações.
