Abstract

A presente invenção refere-se a um método para blindagem automotiva, com o auxílio de simulação virtual de impacto balístico por elementos finitos, da região da carroçaria veicular, em que são obtidas as propriedades dinâmicas das chapas que compõem todo o referido veículo (composição estrutural, portas, tampa dianteira e traseiras e teto), sendo as propriedades verificadas tais como forma geométrica (modelo 3D), valor da tensão de ruptura da chapa, sua taxa de deformação e densidade do material.
