Especificamente, a invenção referesea catalisadores com baixo teor de rutênio disperso em óxidos de alumínio emagnésio em diferentes razões molares desses metais. A invenção também serefere ao emprego desses catalisadores na reação reforma a vapor de metano paraprodução de hidrogênio de alta pureza gás de síntese.
