Abstract
FARINHA INTEGRAL DE MINIMILHO. A presente invenção refere-se a um processo de fabricação de farinha deminimilho (baby corn), de baixo custo, devido a simplicidade do processo, em diversas granulometrias, para ser utilizado em várias formulações, como farinhas mistas, bolos, barra de cereais, massa e etc. A farinha integral de minimilho pode ser obtido de diversos tipos e variedades de milho, com variação na quantidade de fibras, açúcares, proteínas e em diversas cores. O minimilho é obtido da espigueta do milho não fecundando e é usado como leguminosa em saladas.
