A forma (100) compreende um material solidificado não metálico (102), uma abertura axial distal (104), uma abertura axial proximal (106); e uma parede lateral (108) entre a abertura axial distal (104) e a abertura axial proximal (106). A parede lateral (108) compreende uma superfÃcie voltada para fora (111) com uma área superficial, e pelo menos uma abertura lateral passante (110).
