Abstract

DISPOSITIVO PARA ESTAMPAGEM A QUENTE. A presente invenção provê estampagem a quente de corpos de um dispositivo para prova compreendendo: sistema de aquecimento; conjunto punção/matriz; sistema de refrigeração; prensa hidráulica e sistema de aquisição de dados. O dispositivo descrito é um dispositivo piloto para escala laboratorial de corpo de prova com propriedades mecânicas uniformes por toda área útil do mesmo, que permite a posterior avaliação das propriedades mecânicas e microestruturais, com a possibilidade de variar os parâmetros de processo tais como: temperatura de encharque, taxa de resfriamento, força e velocidade de aplicação de carga.
