O Presente pedido de patente de Privilégio de Invenção é caracterizado essencialmente por uma embalagem plástica de polipropileno de 0.6mm, cuja função consiste em proteger e conservar a alga nori da umidade proveniente do recheio do temaki, sendo a referida embalagem (1) compreendida por 2 lâminas (1) de plástico PP transparente sobrepostas, de mesma espessura e dimensões, que possuem uma linha serrilhada (2) que possibilita destacá-la e removê-la sem danificar o restante da lâmina (1), mantendo, portanto, o alimento crocante por mais tempo.
