Abstract

RESUMOFOLHA DE PAPELÃO COM PROJETO DE CORTE E VINCO PARA SISTEMA DE MONTAGEM E ESTRUTURAÇÃO DE EMBALAGEM, PARA ALOJAMENTO E TRANSPORTE DE PEÇAS AUTOMOTIVAS, onde uma embalagem de corpo formado inteiramente de papelão, com montagem por projeto de corte e vinco especialmente desenvolvido, evita o uso de madeira e paletes para alojar e transportar peças automotivas. Após montada, a embalagem forma o corpo com paredes laterais (6) e (9) e o fundo (17), (27) estendendo apoios (16) inferiores e fundo adicional (33) também de papelão. O corpo forma alojamentos (7), (11), (13) para receberem a introdução de tubos também de papelão (35), estruturando fortemente a embalagem. Assim montada a embalagem recebe a peça automotiva e é fechada por uma tampa (T), estando pronta para ser transportada por empilhadeira (E), dispensando paletes, travessas e fundos de madeira.
