A presente invenção refere-se a um pé de carreta hidráulico telescópico para carregar e descarregar o segundo semirreboque sobre o primeiro semirreboque e o próprio processo logístico de transporte do mesmo em caminhões do tipo bitrens, quando estes trafegam sem cargas, ou seja, 10 vazios.
