COMPOSIÇÃO FARMACÊUTICA ORAL ESTÁVEL. A presente invenção refere-se a uma composição farmacêutica oral estável voltada para o alívio de dores, de grau moderado a intenso, decorrentes de condições associadas a traumatismos (entorses, luxações, contusões, distensões, fraturas), pós-operatório, pós-extração dentária, neuralgia, lombalgia, dores de origem articular e condições similares. Tal composição compreende (a) dipirona, seu ácido livre ou seus sais farmacologicamente aceitáveis, (b) codeína (7,8-dideidro-4,5-epóxi-3-metóxi-17-metilmorfinano-6-ol) ou sais farmacologicamente aceitáveis, (c) polietilenoglicol e (d) excipientes farmaceuticamente aceitáveis em pequenas quantidades. De forma particular, a presente invenção refere-se a comprimido revestido.
