COMPOSIÇÃO ALIMENTÍCIA EM PÓ COM EDULCORANTE E ESPUMANTE, LIVRE DE LIPÍDEOS E PROTEÍNAS - A presente invenção descreve uma composição alimentícia em pó solúvel para café que compreende uma combinação de edulcorantes e um agente formador de espuma, substancialmente livre de lipídeos nem proteínas. Tal formulação aumenta o desempenho sensorial do sabor do café caseiro preparado por coagem ou filtração. A combinação de adoçantes e o agente formador de espuma melhora o corpo do café e a presença da espuma apresenta uma melhora de textura ao paladar, transformando o café filtrado ou coado em um café similar ao café expresso.
