RESUMO PROCESSO DE RECICLAGEM DE RESÍDUOS DAS MÁQUINAS HIDRAPULPER PROVENIENTES DA ICP NA GERAÇÃO DE MATERIAIS ALTERNATIVOS A DERIVADOS DA MADEIRA. O processo propõe um beneficiamento de resíduos plásticos gerados pelo 5 equipamento hidrapulper nas indústrias papeleiras, com um reaproveitamento total, gerando um material compósito. A produção desse material ecologicamente correto a base de resíduos agrícolas e industriais como alternativo ou substituto a madeira e seus derivados, resulta na redução do desmatamento, da poluição e na contribuição da reciclagem. Esta reutilização segue uma sequência de oito etapas que possibilita a 10 fabricação do compósito com menor gasto energético e de implementação industrial, suprindo as necessidades dos mercados da construção civil e indústria moveleira, com a fabricação de materiais com preços competitivos.
