Abstract
SISTEMA, DISPOSITIVO DE TRANSISTOR DE EFEITO DE CAMPO DE ÓXIDO DE METAL (MOSFET) E MÉTODO. Trata-se de um sistema que inclui um dispositivo semicondutor de carboneto de silício (SiC) e uma embalagem vedada hermeticamente que engloba o dispositivo semicondutor de SIC. A embalagem vedade hermeticamente é configurada para manter uma atmosfera particular próxima do disposito semicondutor de SIC. Adicionalmente, a atmosfera particular limita um deslocamento em uma tensão limite do dispositivo semicondutor de SIC para menos 1V durante a operação.
