Abstract
PROCESSO PARA A PRODUÇÃO DE UMA PARTE OCA ROTACIONALMENTE SIMÉTRICA E PARTE OCA PRODUZIDA DO MESMO. A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para a produção de uma parte oca rotacionalmente simétrica, especialmente um eixo, incluindo: fornecer um material em forma de barra sólida; aquecer o material sólido substancialmente à temperatura de forjamento; laminação transversal com cunha do material sólido, deste modo causando o enfraquecimento na zona núcleo do material sólido ; e inserir pelo menos um mandril de rotação condunzido em uma velocidade pré-determinada substancialmente ao longo do eixo central do material sólido laminadao trnasversal com cunha, deste modo criando um orifício da passafem e uma parte oca rotacionalmente simétrica, especialmente um eixo.
