O sistema para redução de arrasto em embarcações consiste num mecanismo composto por dois cilindros (2) com pequeno diãmetro, acoplados a motores que os façam girar com rotação controlada, localizados na popa de embarcação (1) que se deseja reduzir a força de arrasto.
