A presente invenção refere-se a um membro metálico de um sistema móvel - tal como, um anel de pistão (1) - que é submetido a um processo de fabricação que consiste basicamente em uma única etapa, que é configurada para: o endurecimento superficial do membro metálico, através de técnicas, simultaneamente à aplicação de laser sobre pelo menos uma porção da superfície deste membro metálico.
