The mark consists of a shield or crest design with three lines of outlines and containing two semicircles of leaves at the top, artistic images of a male and female each reaching up and touching hands at the point of a star, above the block lettering of the letters "Y M W I C" wherein the "I" is formed as a rolled diploma or scroll, the lettering appearing over smaller block wording "FOUNDATION, INC.", all appearing above four designs at the bottom of the crest, one being an image of two gears at the upper left, one being laboratory equipment at the upper right, one being geometric plotting on the far bottom left, and one being the outline of two outstretched hands connected at the far bottom right; all appearing over the stacked capital letter wording "YOUNG MEN AND WOMEN IN CHARGE" over "FOUNDATION, INC." in smaller capital letters.
