POOPER SCOOPER SQUAD

Mark description

The mark consists of a cartoon-style bulldog standing upright and facing forward, shown from the waist up. The bulldog is brown with a black outline, white chest, black eyebrows, white, black, and teal eyes, black nose with a white highlight, white and black mouth, white teeth, and pink tongue.  The bulldog is wearing teal overalls with white, gray, and black buttons, white rolled sleeves and has a green heart-shaped tag on its collar. The dog is smiling with its mouth slightly open. The bulldog is holding a shovel upright in its right paw that has a brown shaft, gray handle, and gray, white, and black shovel.  Behind the bulldog is a circular background composed of an inner green circle outlined in white, and an outer yellow circle.  Below the bulldog and overlapping the bottom portion of the circle is the stylized wording "POOPER SCOOPER" in bold orange letters with black outlining and shadowing.  Beneath that appears the word "SQUAD" in smaller black letters curved along the bottom of the circle.  The remaining white represents background and is not a claimed feature of the mark.
