V VALAVERSE

Mark description

The mark consists of a green, stylized, capital letter “V” designed with upward curved lines, a central vertical line and shading resulting in a three dimensional illusion. Superimposed on the capital letter “V” is a green trapezoid, wherein the horizontal lines comprising the green trapezoid are parallel to each other, while the vertical line forming the left side of the green trapezoid extends upward and to the left of the lower horizontal line, whereas the vertical line forming the right side of the green trapezoid extends upward and to the right of the lower horizontal line. The word “VALAVERSE” comprised of capital, green letters of a standard font is superimposed on the green trapezoid. The word “VALAVERSE” extends from the left side to the right side of the green trapezoid. The color black in the mark merely represents transparent background and is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
