MR. BIGOTE AGUAS FRESCAS Y ANTOJITOS

Mark description

The mark consists of a black mustache above which is a black hat.  Below and to the left of the mustache is the word "MR." in black, and below this word and to the right is the word "BIGOTE" in black.  The mustache and hat designs and the words "MR." and "BIGOTE" are outlined in a yellow to red-orange gradient.  Behind the hat and mustache designs and the words "MR." and "BIGOTE" are an arrangement of containers and fruit.  Behind the mustache and hat designs is a central light green container.  To the left of the central container is an orange container having a red cap, and to the right of the central container is a purple container having a blue cap.  There is a yellow liquid splash which obscures the lower portion of the central container as well as the lower portions of the orange and purple containers.  The bottom of the orange container has dark green and light green watermelon, dark green and light green and white cucumber, and a dark green, light green, pink, and red watermelon slice.  The bottom of the purple container has a dark green, light green, and yellow pineapple, a red, orange and yellow mango, and yellow slices of mango.  Below the word "BIGOTE" and the fruit designs is a blue banner with a yellow outline having the words "AGUAS FRESCAS Y ANTOJITOS" in white with a black outline.  The color white appearing outside of the mark represents background and is not part of the mark.
