The spatula and fork are gray with brown handles, all outlined in black and with the handle on the spatula having two white pins. The stylized flames in shades of red, orange, and yellow. The wording "HAPPY" is in red and "HIBACHI" is in yellow, both outlined in black.  A white outline appears around all of the foregoing elements.  All other instances of the color black represents background and/or transparent areas and is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
