Mark description

The mark consists of a purple and gold shield beneath a gold cross with the shield divided into four quadrants. The upper left quadrant of the shield has a purple-colored background with a golden eagle at the forefront. The upper right quadrant of the shield has a gold background with a depiction of purple hands being shaken.
