Mark description

The Mark is rectangular with the design element on the left portion and the literal element "URBANTECH" in block print through the middle and right. The "U" and the "T" in "URBANTECH" are larger than the other letters. The design element includes a square at the upper left. Extending to the right after a small gap, is a first rectangular element with a rounded corner on the bottom right. Extending downward from the square, after identical small gap, is a second rectangular element with a curved edge on one side only, the side opposite the square, with the curve sloping downward from left to right. To the right of and parallel the second rectangular element and underneath the left side of the first rectangular element, following a small gap, is a third rectangular element with a curved edge on the bottom, the curve slopes upward from left to right. Following a larger gap, to the right of the second rectangular element is a fourth rectangular element with a rounded corner on the bottom right. The fourth rectangular element is parallel to the second and third rectangular elements and perpendicular to the first rectangular element. The fourth rectangular element is underneath the right side of the first rectangular element.
