Mark description

The mark consists of a shaded circle with a thick bar extending to the right from the bottom half of the circle forming an elongated "P" shape laying on its side; inside the shaded circle is a smaller circular line with two straight lines extending to the left and right; to the left and right of the circular line are boxes, one box each both above and below the straight lines extending out from the circle; inside the shaded bar area that extends to the right from the shaded circular area are the words "Shaft Grounding Systems"; above the shaded bar area are the letters "SGS" in large capitalized font; a thin line extends to the right of the shaded circular area, above the shaded bar area and curling behind the letters "SGS", with a small rectangular shaded box on one end that together forms the shape of a cable extending to the right of the shaded circular area.
