Mark description

The mark consists of four stylized concentric circles, the two outermost circles being smaller while the two innermost circles are larger largest. Inside the third concentric circle is the writing "HISTORICALLY BLACK HIGH SCHOOLS" written in stylized font around the top of the circle with two smaller stylized circle designs on either side of the phrase.
