Mark description

The mark consists of the stylized wording "NEW JERSEY" in black font above the wording "JERK" which is shaded from red at the top to orange, then yellow then green at the bottom with a black outline and is above the stylized wording "FESTIVAL" in black; below the wording is two crossed stylized chicken drumsticks that is green at the top then yellow then orange then red; around and behind the wording and chicken drumsticks are three circles with a red outer circle, a yellow middle circle, and a green inner circle, with a white background in the middle of the circle; over the top of the circle are two coconut trees in black with two black speakers at their base; the white background not in the center of the circle is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
