Mark description

The mark consists of a yellow circle that contains a stylized tachometer curved around the upper part of the circle. The tachometer is composed of a thick line divided into 15 sections. From left to right, the sections are black and each contain one numeral in white writing: "1", "2", "3", "4", "5", "6", "7", "8", "9", "10". Thereafter, the sections are red.
