Mark description

The mark consists of The words "Timely Fountain" in cursive letters with the word "Timely" above "Fountain" A clock is above "Timely" at the end of the word "Fountain" with the numbers 3, 6, 9, and 12, in their normal place on the clock, with the hour hand pointing to 3, the minute hand at the 12, and the second hand in between the 9 and 12. To the bottom right of the clock, and to the right of the word "Fountain" is water drops. There are 9 water drops descending down and slightly to the right from the clock.
