KYNETEX SPORTS CARE + REHABILITATION

Mark description

The mark consists of a design element consisting of both an image and a stylized literal element containing the words "KYNETEX SPORTS CARE+ REHABILITATION". The stylized literal element is immediately adjacent and to the right of the design element image. The design element is a white image of an individual running on a background that is blue on the top and black on the bottom, with blue lines protruding along the running individual's back to symbolize vertebra and a black right arm. Adjacent and to the right of the image is the stylized literal element, consisting of the word "KYNETEX" stacked horizontally on top of the words "SPORTS CARE + REHABILITATION". The word "KYNETEX" starts with a capital "K" written in a blue block font followed by the remainder of the word in lower case blue block font letters. The "X" in "KYNETEX"  is partially blue and partially black, with the black portion of the letter overlapping and extending towards the bottom of the design. The words "SPORTS CARE" and "REHABILITATION" are written in a thinner, black, small upper case font, with a plus mark in blue font appearing in between the words "SPORTS CARE" and "REHABILITATION".
