Mark description
The mark consists of the term "SHAKE & SPEARE" contained within a black rectangle. Both black letters "S" are capitalized wherein the other letters are lower case black script letters as if written in long hand. The top portion of the first letter "S" in the term "SHAKE & SPEARE" is superimposed on the top left of the upper horizontal side of the rectangle in which the term "SHAKE & SPEARE" is contained. The top portion of the first letter "S" in the term "SHAKE & SPEARE" is superimposed over the bottom left of the lower horizontal side and lower section of the vertical side of the rectangle, curving below and to the left of the rectangle and back over across the left vertical side of the rectangle, forming a lemniscate with a lower curved, rightward pointing tail. The upper portion of the second letter "S" is situated at the same level as the non-S letters, extends downward over the bottom horizontal line of the rectangle, curving to the left and then upward and over the bottom horizontal side of the rectangle a second time and back to the right forming a closed loop. A stylized olive on a toothpick is superimposed at a rightward pointing angle over the top vertical side of the rectangle and over the second letter "S" ending withing the loop formed by the second letter "S." When taken together, the olive on a toothpick and the second letter "S" in "SHAKE & SPEARE" form an ampersand. The color white in the mark merely represents transparent background and is not claimed as a feature of the mark. The background grid lines are not claimed as a feature of the mark.
