Mark description

The mark consists of a greyscale crest with the capitalizedand standard font lettering for "EXCELSIOR" within a ribbon-scroll at the baseof the shield and with a capitalized "MP" and "OR" in standard font letteringin the bottom right quarter of the shield with the stylized wording "EMITTESPIRITVM TVVM" inside of a rectangle on the bottom of the top left portion of the shield. The top left portion of the shield contains a cloud withcurved, horizontal, and vertical lines coming out of it above a shieldcontaining a cross, several shields, and a circular shape, around the shieldare a triangle with curved lines and a staff, next to the shield are twotriangles comprised of other triangles, and below the shield is a barcontaining irregular lines. The top right portion of the shield there is athree pointed hat, a banner, and another shield containing a palm tree, twocrosses, and water. The  bottom left portion of the shield contains across above figure drawings of one bare outstretched arm reaching to the leftover another clothed outstretched arm reaching to the right. The bottom rightportion of the shield contains a curved line with several diagonal linesemerging from it with a vertical line crossed with two horizontal lines, threetriangle shapes intersecting, and the stylized wording "MP" and "OR" belowwaved lines.
