Mark description

The mark consists of the trade dress of three-dimensional product packaging in the shape of a lid to a rectangular tin. The face of the tin consists of "PEPPERMINT BARK" in stylized letters on a stylized ribbon with piping. The border of the face of the tin consists of a repeating pattern of evenly spaced diagonal stripes like a candy cane with boughs of holly in each corner and there is a large gap in the repeating pattern at top-center of the lid. A second, thinner border appears inside the first border described, which consists of connected diamonds and circles. The border of the lid consists of a repeating pattern of a thick stripe, two thin stripes, a dotted stripe, two thin stripes, and a thick stripe.
