HG HIGH GROUND

Mark description

The mark consists of a square-like, solid blue figure, wherein the upper left and the lower right corners are rounded and the upper right and lower left corners are right angles. Centered in the interior of the figure are two lower case letters colored white, the letter "h" and the letter "g", that are merged into one figure, "hg", wherein the right vertical leg of the letter "h" is the left, vertical portion of the letter 'g". Above the "hg" figure are a series of six blue rectangular figures ranging in size from the largest light blue rectangular figure immediately to the right of the upper section of the left vertical portion of the letter "h" to the smallest, dark blue rectangular figure that is just above the right section of the letter "g". The right-most rectangular figure is approximately one tenth the size of the largest, left-most rectangular figure. A similar series of five, blue rectangular figures extend from the largest rectangular light blue figure immediately to the left of the lower section of the letter "g" decreasing in size to the left, wherein the smallest of the lower, dark blue rectangular figures is directly below the left edge of the vertical section of the letter "h". The left-most rectangular figure is approximately one tenth the size of the largest rectangular figure. The phrase "HIGH GROUND" in a capitalized, box font of equally sized letters is positioned to the immediate right of the square-like, solid figure, wherein the word "HIGH" in gold is directly above the word "GROUND" in gold with the first letter "H" in the word "HIGH" is directly above the letter "G" in ground. With the exception of the letters "h" and "g", the color white represents background and/or transparent areas and is not part of the mark.
