Mark description

The mark consists of the word mark of "3 THREE NATIONS BREWING Co.". Next, that word mark is incorporated into a design mark consisting firstly of an outer thin circular framework. The outer framework then encircles the mark's first inner thick-ringed-band layer which is shown firstly, displaying the all-caps block-letter wording of "THREE NATIONS" encircling the top of the mark, and secondly, displaying the smaller sized all-caps block-letter wording of "BREWING Co." as encircling the bottom of the mark, and finally, with a small star shape being positioned within each middle-ways side in the said ring and as separating the two wordings phrases; And with the mark's special letter character in the word "Co" shown having the lower-case "o" and the underlining mark of "_" and as being its shortcut designation of the word "Company"; and then with the center of the drawing being composed of a very large circular ball design which then displays a very large and dominant three-dimensional "3" at the very center of the entire mark and wherein the "3" is shown as having a slight tilting upwardly, leftwardly, and forwardly and thus revealing the volume of the "3" and giving a visual view to the number's undersides and voluminous right-side, and wherein the "3" displays as being in a very large and 3-D deep stem sizing and with the tilt of the number-letter displaying its volume, thickness, and depth and its 3-D width, length and height.
