Mark description

The mark consists of a single plain line circle in navy blue with a design of a sun with emanating rays in white in the upper center of the circle with three white five-point stars on the left side of the sun and in between the rays, and three white five-point stars on the right side of the sun and in between the rays, with the upper portion of the circle all on a navy blue background; the middle of the circle is divided by a navy blue curved line; below the curved line is a design of navy blue hands, with open palms facing upwards, and navy blue arms with designs of a football, basketball and baseball, from left to right, in navy blue and white in between the hands, all of which is on a white background; to the right of the entire design element is the navy blue wording "CRAIG JAMES" in cursive writing and the navy blue word "FOUNDATION" in all capital letters below "JAMES". The remaining white background is not a feature of the mark.
