Mark description

The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of an upper of a sandal. The upper consists of two flat side straps and one tubular center toe strap with an oversized round medallion in the center. The medallion contains a cutout design of an upright stylized letter "T" directly below and connected to an inverted stylized letter "T". The three straps weave through the center medallion and fold over to create folded tabs. Each folded tab features a piece of decorative hardware. The toe thong strap is shown in solid lines and is claimed as part of the mark. The broken lines depicting the sole of the sandal indicate placement of the mark on the goods and are not part of the mark.
