Mark description

The mark consists of a rectangle shape design comprising of  six (6) separate darkened boxes, two (2) of unequal size, two (2) of equal size and larger, and two (2) of equal size but smaller. The top two (2)  boxes are separated by a space, so they appear as two  (2)  equal sized rectangular shapes, side by side laying on their longest side to fill the top of the rectangular space. Below these two  (2)  boxes on the left hand side of the mark is the largest box,  which fills the remaining left hand side of the mark,  and is below the two  (2)  boxes across the top of the mark. Next to the largest box is a square box, which fills two thirds of the remaining space on the right side of the mark, and below the two  (2)  boxes running across the top of the mark. Below this box are two  (2)  small boxes, which are square and sit side by side and fill the bottom right half of the mark. The spaces separating these boxes gives the mark the appearance of a large cross running down the center line of the mark, with its cross bar running under the two (2)  top boxes. In the bottom right hand side of the mark there is a small "T" shape comprised of the spaces between the bottom two  (2)  square shapes, and the middle box on the right side of the mark.  The  uppercase wording "CALIFORNIA HOMEBUILDING FOUNDATION" appears next to the design.
