Mark description

The mark consists of the number "4000" in light tan stylized font, with gold accents, outlined in black, partially shadow outlined in gold, stacked above a coat of arms design containing images of gold lions on opposite sides of a gold and tan trimmed red shield containing a gold paddle with two smaller gold paddles on opposite sides.
