Mark description

The mark consists of an incomplete single line gray square with rounded corners, broken at the top with the styled black wording "OKOME" appearing in the break. The counter in the second letter "O" in "OKOME" is replaced by the stylized design of a white Greek cross surrounded by four white dots. Within the square shape is the stylized design of a rice ball with human attributes in white with black features and outlining and a red tongue. The rice ball is wrapped in black nori, forming a headband, with white Japanese characters thereon. Beneath the rice ball design is the stylized black wording "UNLIMITED SUSHI & HIBACHI". The remaining white represents background and/or transparent areas and is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
