Mark description

The mark consists of a black center circle featuring a yellow and white inner circular border and outer green circular border.  Going around the outer green circular border is a circular band featuring an inner black, then yellow, then black, and then yellow circular borders.   The top portion of the circular band is colored yellow and the bottom portion is colored green.  The center of the black circle is a large stylized yellow "V" featuring an inner incomplete black colored outline.   Within the center gap of the large "V" is a smaller stylized yellow "V".  Inside the top left and right portions of the smaller "V" are even smaller blacked colored letter "V"s featuring a series of black dots forming a "V" shaped formation.   In the black circle is a botanical leaf and flower pattern outlined in black and colored yellow and green.  The vines are colored yellow. The bottom portion of the black circle features a small black circle featuring a double yellow circular border.  The top portion of the circular band features the black colored stylized words "VERDANT VITALITY".   The bottom portion of the circular band features the black colored stylized words "COSMETICS" featuring black dots on the left and right sides.  The left and right portions of the circular band feature black curved lines featuring small yellow circular-like shapes outlined in black. Next to the black dots is a flower bud-like shape colored in yellow and outlined in black and featuring a black line.  Behind the flower bud-like shape is a small yellow circle outlined in black. The color gray outside the circular border represents background and/or transparent areas and is not part of the mark.
